Frailes source

The source

This place, known as Nacimiento (Source), is an outcrop of water within the town of Frailes.

This is the most important fountain of the several fountains scattered all around the area due to the volume of water and its location. Many locals get their water supply from this fountain.

It has four water channels and a very characteristic chromatic contrast in its materials.

Opposite this Nacimiento, you can visit the Frailes Washing Place, a construction of a rectangular base where stone washing sinks are spread out on both sides of the course of water.
