The fountain

Ventarique Fountain is an almost one hundred year old pillar, 500 metres south of the Arroyo del Ojanco town centre. This town belongs to the Sierra de Segura region.

It is representative of those fountains in the region with a trough where animals drank water and women filled their pitchers and washed their clothes.

The site is made of two large sinks and a small one at different heights.
